• Production: We operate strictly on a "Made-to-Order" basis. Production commences solely upon payment confirmation and verification of order details.

• Lead Times: Production times are estimates. Should we be unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you to strictly comply with FTC regulations, offering the option to consent to a new date or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped portion.

6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our collection, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted for preference changes or natural handcrafted variations. Remedies are limited to proven manufacturing defects or non-delivery cancellations as per Section 3
